A delivery with bonus fun kid’s entertainment.
Opening a box topped with packaging peanuts is exciting. Those little packaging peanuts are handy for craft projects that my girls love.
All you need to create great shapes and sculptures from the packaging peanuts is a wet piece of cloth. Touch a peanut to the wet cloth and then stick to another peanut. Repeat to create a variety of shapes.
My girls created many fun shapes and enjoyed this easy craft activity. Even though the compl..

Kids Party RSVPs!
Creating a fun and engaging birthday party takes a lot of effort and, let’s be honest, costs money. So to have parents not RSVP on time, to have children not turn up or too many children turn up to a party is distressing for the organiser.
Now, we can’t predict who will return an RSVP or who gets sick on the day of the party. All we can do is manage what is in our control. Here is what I do.
I understand that all parents are busy, but sometimes things are so ..

Materials you will need:
Eggs
Small leaves (flat leaf parsley or clovers are best)

These days, most of my time painting and doing craft is with kids.
To paint for myself is rare, but recently I recharged my batteries in a painting class.
I was invited to a painting class and thought "I love painting and this is going to be an awesome time to unwind and get creative". Then I found out it starts at 6:45pm on a Friday night in the city (not the ideal time for a mum with kids after school activities and hubby that works). But I was determined to overcome any obstacles t..

My youngest daughter had a Sea Creatures themed birthday party for her 6th birthday. Here are some photos of how it went.

My girls love to keep a holiday journal and they bring it to school for "news" at the beginning of term.
Holiday journals are fun for children that can write. Younger siblings enjoy filling in the journal as they feel like a 'big kid’ even if they just scribble or draw.
Here is a Holiday Journal printable template, once you print it out, cut the pages in half (along the dotted lines), stack the pages and staple along the left side to make a little booklet.
