All orders placed via the www.ActivityPacks.com.au website constitute an offer to purchase the products from Activity Packs.

All orders require payment to be completed prior to the order being dispatched.

Payment may be made by Direct Bank Deposit, PayPal or with a valid credit/debit card via PayPal.

For Direct Bank Deposit payments, the Activity Packs account details will be provided online once this method of payment is selected during ordering. Please provide your Order Number or your name as the description/reference.

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days of receiving a cleared payment.

In no event will Activity Packs be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damage for any use of this site or any use of the products supplied.

Information on this web site may be updated without notice. 

RETURNS

Please check the activity packs received against your order before opening the packaging.

Activity packs may be returned for an exchange or refund provided the activity packs are returned unused, in undamaged and unopened original packaging with a Return Authorisation number within 7 days of delivery.

Please contact Activity Packs to obtain a Return Authorisation number and postage instructions.

Activity Packs will cover postage costs for returns where Activity Packs was at fault. Postage costs will be the responsibility of the customer for incorrect choice.
